Our candles are hand-poured using a custom-tested Coconut Soy wax blend made from natural coconut and pure soy waxes.

They smell amazing—but remember, they’re still real flames, so a little care goes a long way. Follow the tips below to get the best (and safest) burn possible.

🔥 Candle Safety First

• Always burn candles within sight

• Never leave a lit candle unattended

• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects

• Our lids are wooden — never place them on a burning candle

Safety instructions are printed on the bottom of every candle. Please take a moment to read them before use.

✂️ Before You Burn

• Trim the wick to 5–6mm before every burn

• Place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant, fireproof surface

• Make sure the wax is free from debris like matches, dust, or wick trimmings

✂️ Why trim the wick?
It prevents smoking, soot, and those annoying black carbon bits (yuck).
We recommend using a wick trimmer—scissors work, but they can get messy.

🕯️ While Burning

• Don’t move the candle while it’s lit

• Never burn if the glass is cracked, chipped, or damaged

• Keep away from drafts, open windows, fans, or air vents

• Burn for no less than 2 hours and no more than 4 hours at a time

• Stop burning when 1cm of wax remains at the bottom

🔥 Why 2–4 hours?
Less than 2 hours can cause tunnelling.
More than 4 hours can cause wick mushrooming and overheating—which can crack the jar (and no one wants that).

🚫 Putting It Out

• Do not use the wooden lid to extinguish the flame

• Never use water

• Ensure the flame is completely out before leaving it

• Allow the candle to cool fully before touching or replacing the lid

📦 Storage Tips

• Store candles away from direct sunlight and heat

• Candles are temperature sensitive—keep them cool

• Tin candles may naturally discolour over time (they’ll still smell incredible)

Our reed diffusers are a flame-free, fuss-free way to keep your space smelling incredible. Each diffuser comes in a 200ml bottle with premium reeds, designed to gently release fragrance all day, every day.

🌸 How to Use Your Reed Diffuser

First-Time Setup

• Carefully insert the reed sticks into the diffuser bottle

• Allow reeds to soak for at least 1 hour

• Flip the reeds so the saturated ends are exposed

This helps kick-start fragrance diffusion.

Ongoing Use

• Flip reeds every 3–4 days to refresh the scent

• Less flipping = longer diffuser life

• More flipping = stronger scent (but shorter lifespan)

• 200ml diffuser: approx. 4 months

Longevity may vary depending on:

• Number of reeds used

• Room size & airflow

• Temperature & placement

📍 Placement Tips

• Place on a stable surface where it won’t be knocked over

• Keep out of reach of children and pets

• Avoid direct sunlight, windows, fans, or air conditioning

• Keep away from electrical appliances

Too much airflow can cause the oil to evaporate faster.

⚠️ Safety First

• Do not light the reeds (ever)

• Do not ingest diffuser liquid

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes

• If oil spills, wipe up immediately—liquid may stain surfaces

• We recommend wearing gloves when handling reeds

• Wash hands thoroughly after contact

Our Hanging Diffusers are designed to bring style and scent together in one refined little bottle. Hand-filled with our signature fragrance oils and finished with an absorbent wooden cap, they gently diffuse fragrance into your car, wardrobe, or personal space—never overpowering, always effortless.

🌿 How Your Diffuser Works

The natural wooden lid absorbs fragrance oil and slowly releases scent into the air, providing a steady, subtle aroma that enhances your space over time.

🧴 How to Use

1. Unscrew the wooden cap and remove the inner plastic stopper
   (We recommend doing this over a protected surface)

2. Screw the wooden cap back on securely

3. Gently tip the bottle upside down for 2–3 seconds to allow the oil to soak into the wooden lid

4. Hang upright using the attached cord in your chosen space

🔄 Refreshing the Scent

• Tip the bottle upside down for 2–3 seconds once a week

• Avoid over-tipping—too much can cause leaks

A little refresh goes a long way.

⏳ How Long Will It Last?

With proper use, your hanging diffuser will last approximately 10–12 weeks.

Longevity can vary depending on:

• Climate and temperature

• Exposure to sunlight

• Placement and airflow

• How often the bottle is tipped

♻️ Refilling Your Diffuser

When your diffuser runs low, no need to toss it out—we offer fragrance refills so you can keep enjoying your favourite scent.

🔸 A new wooden lid is required with each refill
Over time, the original lid becomes fully saturated and may not diffuse properly or could leak.

Replacement lids are available separately or bundled with refills to keep everything performing as it should.
